• Standard Prints: Prints typically take up to 14 days to arrive at your designated shipping address.

• Occasional Delays: While we aim to meet our delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

• Hand-Signed Prints: Hand-signed prints are subject to additional delays based on the artist's travel schedule. We will keep you informed about the status of your order and any potential delays.

2. Damaged Items

• If your prints or merchandise arrive damaged in-transit, please contact us immediately.

• We will make every effort to replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.

•  In the event that a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund for the damaged item.
